Yes You Can Block The Web Site You Need By This App. For The Time You Want By The Following Steps:
1- Download FocalFilter App. From This Link  http://www.focalfilter.com/FocalFilter_Setup.exe
2- Run The App.

3- Then Chose Edit My Site List



                                  

4- Then Add The ULRs of The Sites You Want to Block it Then Save it

 

5- Chose The Period of Time of Block You Want (You Have to Block Site From 5 Min to 12 Hours)
