1- Open Your Operating System Dive (C Drive)

2- Then Open That Windows/System32/drivers/etc
3- Find File Hosts
4- Open Hosts File With Notepad Program Run as Administrator
5- Go to The Last Line in The File Add The Code 127.0.0.1   and The URL You Want Block As The Following Image
                                           

6- Then Save The File and That's It You Block The Web Sites You Want Easy Like That  Have Fun
